1. Donor Privacy & Anonymous Contributions
The Michigan Mudbowl Club is committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters, student participants, and alumni. When you make a donation to the Mudbowl Campaign through our payment processor (Givebutter), you may choose to have your donation listed as "Anonymous".
In accordance with our strict data governance policy, anonymous designations are strictly respected across all public feeds, leaderboards, and administrative reporting interfaces. We never sell, trade, or share donor contact information.
2. Payment Information & Processing
The EMS platform does not collect, process, or store payment card details, bank account numbers, or PCI-sensitive data. All financial transactions are processed securely through Givebutter's Level 1 PCI-compliant checkout infrastructure.
3. Participant & Roster Data
For tournament athletes and Greek chapter representatives, we collect email addresses, names, and digital waiver audit metadata (timestamps and IP addresses) strictly for insurance, eligibility verification, and on-field safety compliance.
