MICHIGAN MUDBOWL CLUB — 2026 EVENT COMMUNICATIONS POLICY & REVISED MEDIA RELEASE ADDENDUM (STAGING DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW) A. OFFICIAL OPERATIONAL EVENT COMMUNICATIONS As a registered participant, captain, manager, or volunteer in the 92nd Annual Michigan Mudbowl (November 7, 2026), you will receive essential operational event notices necessary for event administration, including waiver status, MCard / Student ID verification, roster lock alerts, game-day check-in instructions, weather/safety advisories, and tournament scheduling updates. B. EVENT FUNDRAISING & COMMUNITY EMAIL UPDATES (MUDBOWL PULSE & MUDBOWL RALLY) Registered 2026 event participants who have completed the canonical 92nd Mudbowl Waiver are eligible under the 2026 Event Participation Communications Policy (MMC_COMMS_POLICY_2026_V1) to receive official Michigan Mudbowl Club email updates—including Mudbowl Pulse organization-wide standings updates and Mudbowl Rally chapter/team mobilization toolkits supporting C.S. Mott Children's Hospital (Charles Woodson Clinical Research Fund) and the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center. - Opt-Out First & One-Click Unsubscribe: You may opt out of promotional and fundraising emails at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link in every email footer or through your Communication Preferences Portal, without affecting your roster eligibility or operational safety notices.
